Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mantellina and Samphire Dinner kitchen, ensuring consistently high-quality food and a great experience for members and guests. This role involves leading the kitchen brigade, providing direction and coaching, and collaborating with other resort teams to deliver efficient service. The position also supports menu development, rostering, stock control, and maintaining high standards for food safety and workplace health.
