Sous Chef

The Sous Chef will supervise and manage all food preparation and kitchen organization at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club, working closely with the Executive Chef to train staff and ensure high-quality service for members. This role involves assisting with menu creation, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining strict food safety and quality standards. The position requires a culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end resort or club environments to contribute to the Discovery Land Company experience.
