Sous Chef

The Sous Chef collaborates with the Chef de Cuisine to create and execute outstanding food pairings for wines, overseeing various kitchen duties including food preparation, service execution, and cleaning. This role involves developing new recipes, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the kitchen meets safety and health standards. The position also requires assisting with event setup, wine stocking, and supervising temporary kitchen staff when needed.
