Sous Chef

The Sous Chef serves as the second-in-command of the kitchen, leading the line and prep teams during service to ensure every plate meets the club's standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. This role covers à la carte dining, grab-and-go, and private events while managing kitchen operations in the absence of the Kitchen Manager. The position requires a driven individual to contribute to a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.
