Sous Chef

Clarendale Mokena is seeking a hospitality-focused Sous Chef to join their culinary team, responsible for the proper preparation of planned menus and assisting in the supervision of all culinary staff. This full-time role requires weekend availability and involves supporting the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring high presentation and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, preferred culinary degree, and 2-3 years of experience in restaurant or senior living settings.
