Sous Chef

The Sous Chef at Vitalia Mentor is responsible for ensuring food items are prepared to culinary standards to provide residents with an exceptional dining experience while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste. This role involves supervising and inspecting all aspects of culinary service, including logs, cooking equipment, storage rotation, and food service to ensure they are up-to-date, clean, and sanitary. The position requires leading the team in day-to-day operations through engagement, coaching, and accountability.
