Sous Chef

The Sous Chef at Convene 100 Stockton reports directly to the Executive Chef and assists in maintaining budgeted food costs, ordering, menu development, and overall food quality and presentation. This role requires experience in high-volume environments with a focus on presentation and conference-style catering. The position involves leading pre-shifts, participating in cost savings initiatives, and ensuring constant sanitation and proper food handling.
