Sous Chef

The Sous Chef is responsible for the proper preparation of the planned menu in the absence of the Executive Chef and assists in the supervision of all kitchen employees. This role maintains a positive, courteous work environment for staff and residents while ensuring high-quality culinary operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of kitchen equipment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
