Sous Chef

This role assists the Executive Chef with the daily operation of the kitchen department, preparing food items for hotel outlets based on standardized recipes while ensuring compliance with sanitation and hygiene standards. The position involves coordinating kitchen staff, training new culinary team members, and expediting service to maintain food quality and presentation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, basic computer proficiency, and a minimum of two years of cooking experience.
