This role leads the execution and continuous evolution of argenx's SOX framework across Research & Development, Purchase to Pay, Treasury, and HR cycles to ensure reliable financial reporting and scalable growth. The position involves partnering with Finance and business stakeholders to embed effective controls into strategic initiatives and digital solutions while coordinating Internal and External Audit activities. The ideal candidate will drive a culture of risk awareness and control ownership to support the company's expansion and Vision 2030 ambitions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SOX program execution and continuous evolution across multiple business cycles
Drive internal control transformation through simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives
Coordinate internal and external audit activities while ensuring timely remediation of control deficiencies
