SOX Program Leader

As a Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox) Program Leader in Corporate Finance, this role manages the company's compliance with Sox Section 404 and oversees internal controls over financial reporting. The position leads the Sox Program Management Office, coordinates with internal and external auditors, and guides the remediation of control deficiencies across divisions. You will manage a team of Sox PMO managers while ensuring alignment with senior management objectives and upcoming accounting or auditing standard changes.
