Spa Activities Supervisor (Full Time)

The Spa Activities Supervisor oversees the front desk, locker room attendants, and spa providers, managing staff scheduling, guest appeasement, and cash handling. This role is responsible for increasing revenue through upselling services and retail products while ensuring adherence to Forbes 5-star standards and company policies. The supervisor acts as manager on duty in the absence of the Spa Manager or Director and co-manages a team of approximately 40 team members.
