Spa Concierge

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is seeking a Spa Concierge to join the Spa & Wellness team in London. This role involves maintaining high service standards, welcoming guests, scheduling appointments, and managing daily reception duties within a luxury hotel environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of hospitality systems and excellent communication skills while working rotating shifts Monday through Sunday.
