Spa Host

The Spa Host is the first point of contact for guests at Milk Wood House, handling check‑ins, bookings, payments and retail sales while ensuring the reception and spa areas remain welcoming and well‑maintained. The role involves supporting therapists, managing schedules, and providing a warm, organized guest experience across both full‑time and part‑time shifts.
