The Spa Supervisor plays a key role in the daily operation of the Spa, supporting the Spa leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and operational excellence. This position is responsible for supervising daily Spa operations, coaching team members, ensuring service consistency, and acting as a role model for Four Seasons standards and The Golden Rule.
