This role supports JLL’s Space Data Management team by administering the FM:Systems (FM:S) space management database and maintaining accurate space data and drawings for client facilities. The position focuses on keeping occupancy and space planning information current, consistent, and usable for reporting and benchmarking across locations. It partners with internal stakeholders and external CAD vendors to ensure space information remains reliable and standardized.
