About this role

The Spacecraft GNC Engineer II / Senior Spacecraft GNC Engineer I at Rocket Lab leads guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) and ADCS development for the company’s spacecraft fleet. The role supports the full engineering lifecycle from concept and algorithm development through flight‑software implementation, subsystem integration & test, and mission operations. Based in Long Beach, CA, the position works closely with cross‑functional teams and external customers and may be hired at either the Engineer II or Senior Engineer I level.
