Spanish Language Liaison

The Spanish Language Liaison assists Spanish-speaking patients with appointments and non-clinical customer service interactions while providing general support to the Site Manager or Practice Manager. This role facilitates communication in Spanish and English, screens calls, and helps navigate patients through the facility. The position explicitly excludes medical interpretation duties, referring such needs to qualified medical interpreters instead.
