Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician

Beachmont Behavioral Health is seeking a bilingual Behavior Technician to provide individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children, adolescents, and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role involves implementing treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with clinical staff to help clients build communication, independence, and daily living skills. Services are primarily delivered in clients' homes, with additional opportunities in centers, daycares, and community settings.
