Spares Support Specialist

The Spares Support Specialist establishes and maintains supply discipline, including minimum stock levels of expendable and rotatable spare parts for Flight Training Devices at a Learning Center. The role involves managing inventory records, ordering parts, analyzing repair costs, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure parts availability and cost-effective repairs. The position also includes providing training and guidance to Associate Spares Support staff at other centers.
