The Spatial Data Manager is responsible for the strategic administration, governance, analysis, and optimization of space, occupancy, and workplace data across the client’s real estate portfolio. This role serves as the primary subject matter expert for CAD and CAFM technologies, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable insights to support workplace planning, portfolio performance, and business decision‑making.
