SPC Remote Operations Center (ROC) Operator

This position functions as part of the Southern Power Remote Operations Center, providing 24/7 remote monitoring and operational support for a renewable fleet of wind, solar, and BESS assets across the U.S. The role involves controlling and operating sites based on dispatch orders, managing equipment resets and curtailments, and troubleshooting issues in coordination with site personnel. The operator is responsible for logging events, managing facility forecasts, and ensuring compliance with NERC reporting requirements.
