About this role
The Behavior Change Communication Specialist for the IRC MAINGO project in the Central African Republic will lead the development and oversight of communication strategies to promote empowerment of women and girls and strengthen human capital across targeted prefectures. The role works with local languages and community channels and involves collaboration with consortium partners and local stakeholders. The position is based in Bangui with frequent field visits to project sites.
