Special Assets Manager

The Special Assets Manager is responsible for managing and resolving loans that are in default, at risk of default, or experiencing other forms of financial distress. This position works to minimize potential losses while evaluating possibilities for recovery and restructuring. The role involves collaborating with management, legal counsel, and borrowers to develop workout strategies, oversee collateral recovery, and ensure compliance with lending laws and internal policies.
