Special Assistant to the COM

The Special Assistant to the Chief of Mission provides organizational, coordination, communication, and administrative support to the IOM Iraq Executive Office. The role involves assisting the Chief of Mission and Deputy Chief of Mission in following up on priorities, preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and consolidating information and reports. The incumbent will exercise discretion and sound judgment within established IOM policies to ensure timely follow-up and continuity of Executive Office functions.
