Tri-County Special Education Association is a regional consortium that partners with local school districts to deliver coordinated special education services and supports for students with disabilities. It provides evaluation and eligibility services, individualized instruction and specialized programs, related therapies (speech, occupational, physical), behavioral supports, and transition planning to help students access inclusive educational opportunities. The association also offers professional development, consultative services, and compliance assistance to district staff and families to improve outcomes and meet state and federal special education requirements.
