Special Education Advisor

As a Special Education Advisor, you will support the Learning Support team by collaborating with educators, families, and whānau to enhance understanding of student behaviors and needs. The role involves developing personalized learning plans, improving inclusive practices in schools, and facilitating access to additional services like speech therapy. You will work to stabilize learning environments and promote pro-social behaviors while integrating Te Ao Māori principles.
