Special Education Aide

This role provides instructional support and behavioral therapy to students with special needs, including Autism and developmental delays, under the direction of licensed Special Education Teachers. The position involves implementing individualized educational plans (IEPs), collecting student data, and ensuring student safety across various classroom and extracurricular settings. The aide also assists with personal care, crisis intervention, and communication with the collaborative educational team and parents.
