Special Education Assistant II/Classroom

Under general supervision, this part-time role provides specialized instructional support services in various pre K-12 and adult special education settings, including emotionally disturbed, autistic, behavioral, bilingual, and full inclusion classrooms. The position involves assisting students with special needs in instructional tasks, social behaviors, and daily activities while maintaining records and ensuring a supportive learning environment. The assistant works closely with the instructional team to accommodate individual student needs and may assist with community-based instruction.
