Special Education Assistant IV - Behavior Assistant

The Special Education Assistant IV - Behavior Assistant serves as an itinerant support to Education Consultants and Behavior Management Specialists, working with students for up to ten weeks to implement behavior plans and stabilize children in crisis. This role focuses on maintaining students in the Least Restrictive Environment by utilizing researched-based behavioral techniques and positive behavior interventions. The assistant collaborates with the team to monitor student progress, provide training, and adjust support as needed.
