Special Education Instructional Aide

The Special Education Instructional Aide provides targeted instructional support and specialized services to scholars with disabilities, primarily through consistent implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in inclusive settings. Working under the direct supervision of school leadership and credentialed teachers, the Aide delivers tiered interventions across general education and resource specialist environments to promote scholar access to the core curriculum and foster independence. The role involves supporting scholar learning, monitoring progress toward IEP goals, and assisting with classroom management and administrative tasks.
