Special Education Paraprofessional

Under the supervision of a licensed teacher, this role assists in providing specially designed instruction and support to students with disabilities to implement their individualized education plans (IEPs). The position involves assisting with academic, functional living, vocational, and behavioral management support, as well as personal care attendant services. Additional intensive training in areas such as student data collection, communication strategies, and positive behavior management for specific disorders is required.
