Special Education Teacher Elementary

The Special Education Teacher at Menta Academy Iroquois will lead a small, self-contained elementary life skills classroom with a maximum of 10 students. The role is situated in a social-emotional learning environment that emphasizes engaged, inquiry-based academics within a P.B.I.S. framework. The teacher will serve students with diverse developmental, emotional, behavioral, and academic needs from PK-21, focusing on helping each student become college, career, and citizenship ready. The position follows a 10-month school calendar with set weekday hours.
