Special Education Teacher

Devereux Arizona’s Residential Treatment Center is seeking a Special Education Teacher to provide intensive, 24-hour support for youth aged 7 to 17 with serious emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. The role involves delivering individualized instruction in a structured, therapeutic environment, developing lesson plans aligned with state standards, and assessing student performance to support academic, social, and emotional success. Teachers work in low student-teacher ratio classrooms with direct care staff support to foster a safe and effective learning experience.
