Special Event Coordinator

The Special Event Coordinator manages the Nashville Zoo's public event calendar to drive guest value and incremental revenue through the planning and execution of outreach events, enrichment activities, and year-round public events. This role involves coordinating with internal departments and external production teams to support educational, fundraising, and attendance goals while maintaining professional conduct and reliable attendance. The position requires flexibility to work a non-standard schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
