Special Events Coordinator

Under the direction of the Special Events Supervisor, this role supports the organization and implementation of city events and downtown décor logistics. The position provides administrative support for vendor and event records, manages public inquiries, and ensures compliance with special events policies on-site. The role also involves operating city vehicles, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with various stakeholders to facilitate successful community events.
