About this role

An OPFOR Special Operations Forces (SOF) Subject Matter Expert supporting the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) to ensure realistic opposing force portrayal during large-scale exercises. The role contributes to incident development, scripting (including JEMM), and exercise execution while liaising with EXCON cells to align SOF effects with OPFOR joint plans and schemes of manoeuvre. The position is based in Stavanger, Norway and works on-site with some travel to other NATO sites possible.
