Special Procedure Technologist

Under the direction of a radiologist, this role performs Special Procedure examinations at a technical level requiring independent judgment and initiative. The position involves applying prescribed ionizing radiation for imaging diagnosis and image-guided treatment while maintaining strict adherence to safety and workflow protocols. The technologist is responsible for patient preparation, image acquisition, and assisting interventional radiologists during procedures.
