Special Projects Division Manager

A well-established mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Special Projects Division Manager to lead and grow a fast-paced commercial mechanical construction group. This leadership position combines project management, operations, estimating, preconstruction, financial oversight, and business development while maintaining direct involvement with key customers and strategic projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction, and understands how to take projects from conceptual budgeting and preconstruction through field execution and closeout.
