Special Situation Team Associate

This entry-level position supports the Special Situation team by assisting with the marketing process for new and renewal business, providing daily customer service, and facilitating communication and problem-solving to promote business growth. The role involves coordinating with carriers, underwriters, and clients to manage submissions, quotes, and policy issuance while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with surplus lines requirements. The associate will also assist in creating client presentations, analyzing renewal quotes, and managing client relationships to maintain and grow the book of business.
