About this role
HammondCare Miranda is seeking permanent part-time Dementia Carers to join its residential aged care team, delivering person-centred support for older people living with dementia. The role is based onsite in a residential home and focuses on creating a safe, homelike environment for residents. Successful applicants will be part of a supportive team with training, buddy shifts and supervision from registered nurses and managers.
