The Specialist, Arena Experience provides administrative support to the Arena Experience team, overseeing guest services, suite operations, and event staffing. The role manages scheduling, staff coordination, payroll reconciliation, and ensures high-quality customer service during events, while also handling hiring, training, and compliance with union agreements.
