Responsibilities

Process accurate and timely web-based billing for assigned customer accounts
Monitor Accounts Receivable aging reports to identify delinquent payments
Resolve invoice discrepancies and PO inconsistencies at delivery or past-due stages
Prepare and present financial reports for internal review by Sales and Finance teams
Evaluate customer credit limits and recommend payment settlements for overdue accounts
