Specialist: Compliance

The Compliance team safeguards the integrity of the BMW Group, its assets, customers, and employees by operating an effective local Compliance Management System. This role supports compliance activities across the National Sales Company, Plant Rosslyn, and the IT Hub in South Africa. The position involves developing and maintaining compliance frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and managing inquiries and incidents. It also requires coordinating with internal governance functions, external authorities, and legal counsel to ensure adherence to legal requirements and Group governance.
