About this role
Ciena’s Customer Order Operations team is looking for a Customer Order Fulfillment Prime to ensure successful delivery performance for the GCN customer base. In this critical role, you’ll act as the voice of the customer within the supply chain, bridging the gap between Supply Chain, Sales, and Services teams to deliver seamless order fulfillment.
