Specialist - Customer Service

This role serves as the primary point of contact for Retail, C&I, and Lubricant accounts in South Africa and Botswana, managing order-to-cash inquiries and resolving customer concerns. The incumbent processes orders via phone and email, handles credit violations and rebates, and provides Level 1 technical support for the company's applications and StarCard services. Additionally, the position involves coordinating with various business units to ensure timely issue resolution within service level agreements and maintaining accurate process documentation.
