Specialist, Employee Relations

The Specialist, Employee Relations leads the delivery of a fair, timely, and person-centred Employee Relations service across Save the Children International, managing complex and sensitive investigations to resolution while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements. The role provides expert guidance to leaders and HR teams on employee relations matters, manages risk throughout the investigation lifecycle, and ensures robust, evidence-based recommendations are implemented to address root causes and prevent recurrence. This global role involves championing a person-centred approach, acting as a subject matter expert for senior management teams, and partnering with HR teams to build capability and drive continuous improvement in employee relations processes.
