Specialist, Engineering (Onsite)

This role provides on-site engineering support for non-sterile operations at the Rahway, NJ FLEx center, focusing on maintaining facility utilities and manufacturing equipment in compliance with GMP and safety requirements. The engineer troubleshoots equipment, supports process validation, manages changes, and investigates deviations to ensure the timely availability of clinical and development batches. Operating with minimal supervision during second shift, the position serves as a technical resource for process equipment and utilities while coordinating with various internal and external partners.
