Specialist, Events Operations & Partnerships

The Specialist, Events Operations & Partnerships plays a critical role in strengthening the CFA Institute's events vertical by providing dedicated ownership of event operations, vendor management, partnership activation support, and execution governance. Working under the guidance of the Sr. Event Producer, this role ensures that events and partnership-led activations are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives. The position translates the events and partnerships agenda into disciplined execution, providing the operational capacity and coordination needed to enable the Senior Event Producer to focus on strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and vertical leadership. The role maintains operational excellence, governance, consistency, and accountability across all event activities.
