About this role

The Specialist, Financial Reporting is responsible for preparing and delivering BDC’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables, ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal standards. The role also leads the Financial Reporting team, coordinates deliverables, and serves as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting deliverables
Prepare consolidated and non‑consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS
Serve as primary contact for internal and external auditors
Monitor and report internal capital adequacy and RORAC on a monthly basis
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including AI and automation integration
